Director of Strategic Equity Initiatives

Guide the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) faculty, staff, and students in expanding diversity initiatives. Galvanize and direct strategic program development and metrics to align with the College’s mission to support the goals of diversity and inclusion as set forth by the College’s Inclusive Excellence Plan. Develop student, faculty, and staff training on DEI. Assist faculty in supporting recruitment of faculty, staff and students from historically underrepresented backgrounds. Provide expertise and support to faculty on diversity related curriculum and program development. This position reports directly to the Dean.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Master’s degree in a related or specialized field and two to four years’ related experience required.
