JOB SUMMARY

Digital partner and consultant for our Sales organization, promoting Medline’s digital integration capabilities, providing RFP contract support and identifying new eCommerce growth opportunities within targeted customer accounts.

Evaluate pivotal P2P business processes to identify customer needs and challenges and to research digital solutions that will maximize customer success and value via technology, automation, &amp optimized integration.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage in early-engagement customer Procure-to-Pay (P2P) assessments to identify digital transformation opportunities and to help execute related eCommerce solution rollout plans.

Use existing data reporting application and/or data mining to analyze and track customer integration success

Assess and lead small eProcurement or marketplace integrations, or related digital optimization projects, with minimal management direction, conforming to Medline’s high-quality project standards.

May present findings on Medline’s eCommerce capabilities to business &amp technical audiences within varying customer leadership levels.

Assist with driving targeted customer digital adoption by collaborating with Sales &amp key customer leaders at both corporate and site levels.

Maintain customer-facing documentation of our eCommerce and digital integration capabilities, including promotion material and FAQ’s on our website, webinars, presentations, &amp summary brochures.

Research eCommerce analytic dashboards enhancements to more closely align with KPIs, measure customer success, and to monitor digital sales growth.

Monitor Punchout VOC &amp compare to competition assist with VOC related communications and delivers customer feedback as a voice of the customer to internal teams identifying customer needs, ideas, and challenges.

Build and maintain roadmap stories for the development of: Punchout/Integration analytics, API document expansion, Supplier Integration, Punchout enhancements.

Assist with the qualification and readiness of incoming customer project requests

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Marketing or Business related field.

Work Experience

At least 2 years of eCommerce experience, serving in a customer-facing Sales, Program or Project manager, or related role.

Experience with integration or marketplace projects involving EDI, cXML, or API web services, &amp with common eProcurement platforms (i.e. Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Unimarket, Oracle BN, ESM)

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Familiarity with Contract, Vendor, and/or direct Marketplace Management.

Experience in program management skills, with ability and proven track record to plan, manage and develop strategic initiatives to successful goal completion.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to independently prioritize workload.

Ability to effectively foster business relationships across teams and has a strong knowledge of supply chain, customer procurement and financial systems.

Ability to present technical information to a variety of audiences.

Position requires travel up to 20% for relevant internal or customer meetings.

Work Experience

Supply Chain / Distribution experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Experience with SAP.

Ability to effectively foster business relationships across teams and has a strong knowledge of supply chain, customer procurement and financial systems.

Solid Understanding of Procure-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash processes.

Excellent analytical skills strong attention to detail.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $61,360 to $115,440 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
