What We Need:
The Digital Collector is responsible for ensuring that Katz receives all necessary payments from agencies. The duties include monitoring accounts payable statements to identify receivables owed to the company, contacting customers or business partners to notify them of overdue payments and documenting collection activities and results.
What Youll Do:
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
  • Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
  • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
  • Work with cash application team to process payments and refunds
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues
  • Update account status records and collection efforts
  • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

What Youll Need:
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Good communication skills working with other team members and client stations
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
Skills
  • 1-2 years data entry experience Excel Microsoft Office
Education
  • High school diploma or GED

Compensation: Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $28.57 – $35.71
