Our Technology Infrastructure Services Division (TISD) is seeking an Information Technology Technician (ITT) within the Administrative &amp Member Support Desktop Unit. Under the direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II (IT Sup II) of the Enterprise Desktop Support Section (EDSS), the Information Technology Technician works in the Client Services domain and performs a wide variety of tasks requiring regular innovative problem solving.

The incumbent will perform a variety of technical tasks to help the assigned client division users with requests during EDSS core support hours of 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Use information technology resources such as established unit procedures, internet searches, vendor documentation, team documentation to address everyday business needs to include install, uninstall, upgrade, and support personal desktop computers, peripheral equipment, mobile devices, and software to fulfill user needs. Coordinate and communicate with other ITSB staff, customers, and vendors, for technical information to fulfill requests. Write draft procedures and update existing procedures in support of the desktop personal productivity environment. Help users with related environment training as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,896.00 – $6,233.00 per month
