Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00

Job Description: Premier direct mail marketing and printing company is busy. Due to client demand they are searching to hire an experienced direct mail Data Processor for their MD location. Responsibilities include: Perform duties related to document layout, handling, storing, and manipulating data. Will inspect, manipulate and process postal mail data and make sure data meets requirements and sends data to production. Create and modify programs to achieve production goals. Create and maintain databases. Operate database management programs. Communicate with various internal staff and clients. Able to read and interpret job tickets and ask questions as needed. Able to learn new software and processes to help in production. Qualifications include: Minimum 3 – 5 years experience with Quadient software. Minimum 3- 5 years experience with BCC software for data and presort. Experience with digital printing equipment. Experience with USPS as related to postal automation and standards. Must have strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills required. Must be able to multi-task and able to work independently or in a team environment. Starting salary range $70,000 – $85,000 + good company benefits, 401k match. Possible remote position available.
