Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Handle inquiries concerning billing issues, care issues, technical issues, and general questions providing prompt knowledgeable responses
- Process add/moves/changes requests
- Maintain ownership through completion of all customer requests
- Handle all types of customer interaction types including e-mail, telephone calls, and fax requests
- Provides superior above average level of customer service to all customers (internal and external)
- Partner with Account Advisors to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue goals
- Keep customer information updated on assigned accounts and stay abreast of customer needs/changes
- Upholds Fusion Communications’ company virtues
