We are looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist I to join our team in Costa Rica. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and making an impact on our life-saving work, this may be a good fit for you! As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:
SUMMARY: This is a position in which the constant contact with our international customers will be a fact of every day. Candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relations coordinate with different teams within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, prepare quotations, orders and order acknowledgements. Assists with customer complains, rescheduling orders, order cancelation, billing and accounting questions, as well as maintain customer records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Identify, and assess customer´s needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotation, process orders, and send order confirmations.
  • Send tracking numbers, invoices, and certificates of conformances, if required by customers.
  • Scan and load contract reviews and POs into the system.
  • Participates and leads discussion with customers around delivery schedules.
  • Nurture customer relationships, and respond to customers based on the company´s values.
  • Create quotes and contract reviews when needed
  • Initiate the Return Material Authorization process from customers following internal guidelines and communicate any required credit to the customer, planning and finance. Review open RMA´s for prompt closure.
  • Place and process work order of customer product using internal systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: bachelor´s degree in a related area and 2-3 years of equivalent experience in the field. Preferred 2 years of experience in the medical industry. English requirement of at least 90% proficiency (both oral and written).
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Great focus on problem solving, analyzing information and documentation skills.
  • Provide world class follow up to our customers, until every request, problem or question has been fully answered and customer is absolutely satisfied.
  • Very good communication skills, when writing, talking, and listening
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to write reports
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
  • Basic management of ERP (Enterprise, Resource Planning) SAP or Epicor
