Customer Service Representative

Pay from $22 to $27 per hour – Thats up to $56,000 – $68,000 per year with bonuses!

Position Responsibilities

  • Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.

  • Help customers navigate Ulines website and online ordering.

  • Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing, availability and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus , but if you want to provide the best experience for our customers, we’ll train you!

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
