ATENTO USA IS HIRING OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS FOR ITS CALL CENTER IN CAGUAS, PUERTO RICO!

We offer telephone support for various major companies. We are looking for outstanding Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who want to grow with us.

Job Overview

The duties of the Customer Service Representative include:

• Answer inbound calls from customers

• Respond to customer inquiries with high quality customer service

• Identify and resolve errors ensuring customer satisfaction

• Utilize various company and client software packages

• Job duties are varied offering an outstanding opportunity to learn the inner workings of several types of organizations

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED

• Experience in a customer contact position is required

• Possess strong communication and customer service skills

• Be proficient on the computer (Windows environment and online resource tools)

• Be available to work a flexible schedule

• Pass our criminal background check and drug screening

• Previous call center experience preferred but not required
