We’re hiring full-time INBOUND phone Customer Service Representatives to start in April 2024! You’ll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. Join us at 1150 W. Grove Parkway, Tempe, AZ 85283.
Pay Start at $19.50/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $20.70/hour!
Shifts, Training & Work Environment: We are hiring for our shift of 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local AZ time Monday through Friday.
Our 8-week ONSITE training academy will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to best serve our customers. You will be provided with equipment – laptop, dual monitors, keyboard and accessories in the first week.
After graduation (completion of 8-week training), team members meeting work from home requirements will enjoy a HYBRID work environment of three days onsite and two days at home (2 days working at home are your choice and can change each week based on your preference).
You can earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week, and you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts.

You Will:
- Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls.
- Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment.
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
- Resolve customers’ challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.

Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Comfortable commuting to our facility from your home.
- A quiet, secure, professional workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
