Answering incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
Maintaining record of Customer’s information.
Maintain Quality Standards.
Should have proactive approach and can think out of the box to help customers.
Handling Emails, if required.
Making outbound calls for failed transaction or sales conversion.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6 months of calling experience, inbound customer service.
Graduate in any stream.
Good Communication (Verbal & Written both) Skills.
