Job Description :
The Contracts QA Analyst will provide quality assurance and data analysis for commercial contracts across various departments within Meta. This position requires knowledge and experience with commercial contracts and contractual language. The Contracts QA Analyst must be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with frequent tight deadlines. Must be comfortable working efficiently and effectively with both internal clients and external vendor attorneys/legal teams.


Contracts QA Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, company policies and procedures
  • Work with internal and external audit teams to ensure existing controls are current and effective
  • Assist in the research and analysis of audit issues raised by external/internal audit
  • Create and maintain desktop procedures
  • Create and maintain audit process to include appropriate weighted metrics
  • Liaises with departments such as finance and legal to ensure agreements are in compliance with legal and budgetary guidelines
  • Execute processes to eliminate duplicate and defective contract records
  • Develop and deploy innovative processes to optimize, improve and automate workflows, such as systematizing recurring tasks, to optimize allocation of team resources and leverage existing (and new) technology systems as part of such processes



Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience prioritizing and managing high volumes of agreements
  • Experience flourishing in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity
  • Self-motivated and experience thinking clearly under pressure
  • Experience understanding and balancing legal/contractual issues with business risk
  • Adept in working with various tools including, Oracle, contract management tools and excel/google sheets



Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of contract drafting and negotiation experience with a high-tech company
  • 1+ years of compliance related experience
