Role Summary:

We are looking for an executive leader with a proven track record of running large-scale operations teams. They must have the ability to influence peers to drive results across lines of business while executing organizational change agendas. This leader will be focused on driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement and enhancing the client experience. This strategic leader will be aligned to the Middle Office and be responsible for overall execution of the operational teams goals as well as delivering on organizational commitments to clients and partners.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Management oversight of an organization of Delivery Executives, VP team leads, and their staff of Specialists at the VP and Associate level responsible for executing critical client operational functions for new and existing clients.
  • Creating and driving strategic innovations focused on improving the client experience, while improving the teams efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining key partnerships with sales, banking, MO partners, technology, and treasury operations.
  • Maintaining a strong risk and control environment which aligns with the firms control agenda.
  • Recruiting and maintaining a strong team of talent develop new ways to grow and develop the team.
  • Staying abreast of industry and competitor trends and work with strategy teams to continue to improve the overall client delivery.
  • Overseeing the management and evolution of key KPIs provide regular executive management updates to partners and senior management.
  • Building a presence with all Middle Office operational employees promoting inclusion, employee engagement, and culture
  • Representing the Commercial Client Operational Organization in cross functional working groups.

The ideal leader possesses both deep and strategic expertise managing a complex operational organization as well as demonstrated success driving scale, efficiency, and control. This position must also align results and resources to support overall the financial plans and goals of the organization.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Dynamic, high-energy leader passionate to drive the organization forward
  • Minimum of 10 years large team management experience exceptional leadership qualities
  • Outstanding ability to convey senior leadership messages in both verbal and written form
  • Management of a multi-million dollar budget with demonstrated results
  • Deep experience managing complex client facing front office functions
  • Demonstrated expertise in the operational management and governance
  • Proven success implementing transformational change
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills
  • BA/BS degree required,
  • Client-facing experience
