A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER
As a Client Support Team Member, you are vital to the success of our company. You build strong working relationships with clients and focus on client satisfaction. You are responsible for the day-to-day communication between the salesperson, internal support teams, and client accounts via phone and email. Our clients entrust us with helping them reach their companys accounts receivable goals, and you provide customer service with that in mind. - 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CLIENT SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER
This remote position works a flexible schedule Monday – Friday with an 8-hour block between the hours of 6 am and 4:30 pm.
