We are seeking a Caregiver who:

• Assists residents with personal care needs (such as dressing, grooming, using the restroom, bathing/showering, walking/transferring)
• Supervises administration of medication (following an 8-hour medication class, provided by the facility, under the supervision of the Nurse Manager)
• Assists with resident meal service, including serving meals, dining room setup/clean up
• Provides light housekeeping assistance (dusting, taking out garbage, laundry, making beds, vacuuming)
• Answers resident calls promptly and assists as needed
• Enjoys providing residents with outstanding customer service

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Possess ability to work well with others
• Ability to read, write and follow written/verbal instructions; obtain and analyze facts and apply sound judgement
• Enthusiasm for the job and a compassionate and caring/friendly demeanor

Previous experience in this field is not required.
