Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from individuals interested in financial services
- Gather information and assist the customer by asking questions
- Read and Converse well in English
- Type/navigate mouse while holding a conversation
- Sit for long periods of time
- Maintain compliance with various regulations associated with financial services
- Meet and exceed self-set goals
Qualification requirements:
- High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
- Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
- Comfortable working on the phone with customers
- Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution
- Must pass a background check
- High school Diploma or GED required
