- Crew Management/Training
- Irrigation Management
- Calibrate/Apply liquid and granular fertilizer/pesticide applications
Qualifications:
- Must possess a minimum 2 year turf certificate or higher or 4 years in a supervisor role in golf maintenance
- Currently possess or be able to obtain an AZ Certified Applicator license within 30 days of hire
- Have extensive knowledge of Rain Bird Nimbus II central operations and Rain Bird field components
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and in all weather conditions
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as general computer skills
Works in conjunction with the Director of Agronomy and Superintendent
Must be able to obtain a NH pesticide license
Working with a well-established Agronomic Plan
Willing to Experience a Dynamic Capitol Plan
Has had experience in the Agronomic Field
Be able to run a crew as well as daily operations of the course in Conjunction with the Superintendent
Positive attitude and has an eye for detail
Works with all departments on the Property
