Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an individual with a passion for working with people and strong leadership skills. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the RMC difference by training and developing our hotel teammates to create lasting positive memories for our guests. You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the successful operation of the hotel and ensuring that processes within each department are handled consistently, accurately and efficiently.

What you will be doing:

  • Recruiting and developing hotel teammates to deliver exceptional guest service, generate revenue and drive profitability.
  • Working collaboratively with the General Manager to establish annual goals and identify revenue and operational opportunities.
  • Organizing and coordinating the training needs and professional development plans of teammates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
