Position Info
The Assistant Food & Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing the complex operation of all food and beverage outlets. Planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling of operational outlet functions. The role will be responsible to coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff to deliver quality product and service to all guests. Also responsible for interviewing, selecting and training food and beverage outlet associates for an efficient operation. Will also organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings, and schedule and direct the team in their work assignments. Also responsible for verifying payroll hours and tip calculation on a weekly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree or minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members, and lead a team
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to work extended hours when business requires
  • Ability to lead and direct a team
