The successful candidate is an ethical and honest servant leader. The candidate should be innovative and forward-thinking, approachable, and possess the ability to inspire and guide city employees towards a shared mission to serve citizens.

This individual should have knowledge of municipal operations and applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations. He/she should possess a strong business or public administration background and the ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the Commissioners, City staff, community, businesses, contractors, external government agencies, and organizations. Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing are essential for this role.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • A Bachelors degree in business, public administration, or related field and three-five years of progressively-responsible administration, supervisory, and project management experience.
  • A Masters degree in public administration, business administration, project management, or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
