Assembler – 1st & 2nd Shift

We are hiring for the following shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday – Friday

We do occasionally work overtime, and those schedules are as followed:

• 1st Shift Overtime Schedule: 4:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays if needed
• 2nd Shift Overtime Schedule: 3:00pm – 1:30am, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays if needed

We are currently hiring Assemblers for our Rogers, MN location! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal product (partially or completely) and positioning parts. You will assemble materials according to blueprints, diagrams, layouts, knowledge of the unit, and/or oral instruction.

Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General and detailed instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments.

The qualified candidate will have:

• Work experience 0-2 years or more.
• Ability to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
