Responsibilities
The position is responsible for coordination of telephone reception and appointment scheduling based on established CNOS physician scheduling guidelines maintaining pleasant telephone rapport and promoting good public relations with referring physicians, office staff and patients working cooperatively with the CNOS physicians and clinical personnel in arranging appropriate patient appointments.
