Job Description : Administrative Assistant ( 20919 ) DESCRIPTION


Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Administrative Assistant to work in our Wellbeing Program department. Our team works an onsite, 9×80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls facility with every other Friday off! This is a project hire with a duration of approximately 2 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    Provide administrative and clinical support to Physical Therapy Program and other Occupational Health Services staff as assigned.

    Serve as a scheduler, helping to maintain the PT schedules and clinic flow. Answer phones and e-mails relating to the program.

    Responsible for greeting patients at front desk, checking patients in for their appointment through the electronic medical record system.

    Track, order and stock office supplies for PT staff.

    Assist in cleaning of clinic equipment after patient use.

    Assist PT staff in the monitoring of patients while in the clinic. Other tasks as assigned by management.


QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent plus 2-4+ years related experience.

    Past experience working in a physical therapy, medical office or comparable setting.

    Medical terminology preferred, but not required.

Job Information:

    Salary Grade AS0200: 130 ($36,504 – $58,356) / Salary Grade AS0300: 150 ($45,156 – $72,228)

    TDP: This is a testing designated position you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
