- Answer multi-line telephone system, take accurate messages, and screen and direct telephone calls for management.
- Prepare paperwork for shipments in USA and internationally. Communicate with clients for confirmation of shipment method and delivery location.
- Convert quotes or orders to sales orders and/or invoices and create respective tasks in system software.
- Prepare invoices for payment. Receive money and process for bank.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
- Customer service – track shipments, check repairs and loaner status. Resolve issues involving shipments and invoices.
- Maintain files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating information, purging files on a regular basis and creating new filing systems as needed.
- Maintain task lists in system software as directed.
- Perform data entry to generate and review various reports.
- All other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate.
