CalPERS is currently seeking a Staff Services Analyst to assist staff in the support of the CalPERS Legal Office.
Duties include but are not limited to :
Effectively perform a variety of administrative and analytical assignments for the Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel, including, but not limited to: managing Outlook calendar and coordination of meetings, research of Board and staff policies, preparation of Board and Committee agenda items and Delegations of Authority, preparation of reports using Microsoft Excel. Prepare correspondence, gather information, and summarize data on behalf of the Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. Handle confidential assignments and inquiries in a professional manner, in writing, by telephone or in person. Act as the back-up Budget Analyst for the Legal Office. Assist the primary budget analyst in the gathering of expense data and preparation of operational and outside counsel budget projections and other related reports on a quarterly basis formal budget requests act as back-up liaison to budget staff in the Financial Office.

Pay: $3,640.00 – $5,916.00 per month
