Tee Times USA / Golfpac Travel are Floridas leading golf travel companies. From our beachfront office in beautiful Flagler Beach, FL, we use state-of-the-art technology and excellence in customer care to maintain our strong 27-year track record. Our 45-member team is comprised of enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. We invite resumes from dynamic team players that share our passion for success. Administrative / General Office: This position involves diverse administrative tasks and offers the ability to grow depending on how motivated you are!

Duties to include:

  • General office responsibilities helping a passionate team with all necessary tasks
  • Assisting reservationists by making outgoing calls
  • Answering the telephone and helping customers with basic information
  • Calling golf courses and hotels to confirm reservations or book tee times
  • Basic website, on-line booking and internet skills
  • Candidates should be willing and able to perform a variety of general office duties.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to focus and pay careful attention to detail
  • A passion for customer service and strong people skills
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • PC literacy
  • Ability to work in self-disciplined environment
