Job Brief: We are looking for a skilled Admin & Operations Executive to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Who will responsible to undertake a variety of day-to-day office tasks and ensures that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and Overseeing the day-to-day activities and operations.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
- Can manage Quality check and Prepare Presentations.
- Assist in vendor relationship management
Job Requirements and Qualification:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1+ year experience working in a formal workspace.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook, in particular) and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
