We are a real estate management company, with a central office in Charleston that serves our properties throughout the state. We are currently looking to expand our team. As an accounting assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice management/allocation
  • Scheduled/manual billing
  • Payroll management (Quarterly taxes/auditing of hours/vacation entry)
  • HR responsibilities (Processing new hires paperwork/w2/unemployment/etc.)
  • Managing tenant/housing ledgers
  • Coordinating with vendors on revenue management
  • Troubleshooting software issues with property managers
  • Supporting other accounting personnel in daily/weekly/monthly/annual activities

Pison Management has been a leader in Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program property development for 20 years. We own and operate 20 apartment buildings, as well as 6 commercial properties, with more in various stages of development. Our staff includes a home office, property managers, maintenance personnel, and regional management staff. You will have the opportunity to work with all of these folks to ensure our residents and tenants are provided the best experience possible.
