Access Specialist

Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) is looking for an Access Specialist. The Access Specialist is responsible for interacting with patients to obtain appropriate registration information for inpatients, outpatients, emergencies and non-patient admissions. The Access Specialist will monitor the audible and visual alarms as well as the Switchboard. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and able to work independently.

This position offers education and has the option of becoming a certified patient account technician!
