2D Harmony Animators
Expired Job Description :Velorean Productions is looking for experienced 2D animators for exciting unannounced client projects. Upcoming projects will be animated traditionally, using Toon Boom Harmony software. All applicants must be proficient in Harmony to be considered!
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Onsite at our studio-Gilbert, Arizona, United States
Terms: Full-time position
Responsibilities/Duties:
Work under Directors to create high quality rough keys, in-betweens, clean-up, and/or colored character and FX animation based on provided storyboards.
Work within production deadlines to meet assigned weekly quotas, benchmarks, and expectations.
Work collaboratively in a team environment, matching animation to the entirety of the sequence, background perspectives, and break-down sheet guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony software is required
Two (2)+ years of professional studio experience
Strong sense of character acting, staging, posing, timing, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on model
High quality draftsmanship and drawing abilities
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow schedules set by production team
Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner
Previous experience in broadcast animation environment and knowledge of studio pipeline is highly valued
Some knowledge of 2D puppet/rigged animation in Toon Boom Harmony is highly valued
