2022 RESIDENT SCHOLAR PROGRAM

The P&ampG Resident Scholar Program (RSP) is a unique job shadowing experience designed to expose exceptional minority high school students to careers leveraging a STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) degree. Program participants are exposed to the exciting world of Research &amp Development at P&ampG. They have the opportunity to visit one of our Cincinnati technical. Through hands-on experience they have opportunities to interact with scientists and engineers across the company. By the completion of the one day program, participants leave with a better understanding of (1) Applying a STEM background to research, (2) Working cooperatively in a team, and (3) Building a consumer product. The RSP experience continues through high school graduation with opportunities for training, mentoring, and leadership development, including opportunities to return to P&ampG as summer interns.

This program will take place on June 10th, 2022.

Application Deadline is May 6th, 2022.

Final Candidates will be notified by May 13th.

A. Must be in High School, entering into your Sophomore or Junior year for the 2022-2023 school year, and interested in pursuing a career in STEM.
